No.38 Squadron Date Raised : 1966-03-23 Location : Barrackpore 38 Tech Sqn was raised as a SA-2 SAGW Tech Unit at Barrackpore, under 6 Wing, in early 1967. Its earlier name was 1 Tech Sqn. In 1975 the Sqn briefly moved out to 25 Wing, Rajokri and but returned to 6 Wing in August 1977.
