40 Pilot Course - 15 pupils completed training on 23 Aug 1947 and were awarded wings. 8 went to Fighters and 7 to Transport. All transport pilots were posted to 12 Sqn.4 Fighter pilots were each posted to 2,3,7 and 8 Sqn and 4 were sent to PAF.
